Order Cancelling Policy:

You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

You can inform us of your decision by emailing  contact@backerplus.com.

After receiving the notification, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. We will refund the amount through the same payment method that you used for your order. However, please note that you will be charged an 8% refund fee. This fee is necessary as it is imposed by the bank and will be deducted from the total amount that you will receive.

Compensate Refund Policy:

In order for the services to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The service did not achieve a return of at least 1:1. For example, you pay $899 for the Premium package and only get $600 on track. We will provide a refund of the $299 difference.
