Extract customer, vehicle, and repair order data from the DMS and organize it into an Excel file.

Locate the specific conversations in the WhatsApp chat list, extract the required information, and organize it into HubSpot CRM.

Read all unread emails. For each email that requires a reply, draft a response and save it to the Drafts folder. Archive every email that doesn't require a reply.

Search online for the three hotels that best match the given criteria, select the best option, and fill the booking information, but stop right before payment.

Visit Violoop’s official YouTube channel to discover more practical workflows: Violoop Workflow Showcase - YouTube

The real workflows we demonstrate are starting points to help you discover what Violoop can do in your own daily work. Its capabilities extend far beyond these examples; we encourage you to experiment, try new ideas, and find ways to make Violoop work for you.

We look forward to seeing the workflows you create and learning from your experiences as we continue to improve Violoop together with our community.

Your personal on-device AI—with long-context memory that learns how you work. Violoop brings screen understanding and personal memory on-device, learning your habits, projects, and preferences entirely locally, with no cloud computing costs.

By combining OCR with a local model that understands long-form context, Violoop proactively moves your work forward—so you don’t have to write lengthy prompts for every task.

Violoop reads and understands the text, pages, and interactive elements on your screen in real time. It controls your computer through mouse and keyboard inputs, carrying out tasks across apps without relying on app-specific APIs.

Violoop separates AI processing from independent security control through its dual-chip architecture. The processing chip runs the local model, while the security chip enforces physical authorization for sensitive actions.

Violoop connects your computer and phone so work can continue beyond your desk. As long as your computer remains on and connected, Violoop can run tasks around the clock. From your phone, you can remotely view your computer’s screen, check task progress, and give new instructions.

Violoop can view and interact with two screens simultaneously, so you and Violoop can work on the same computer without getting in each other’s way.

Violoop is for people who repeatedly extract information, copy and paste, fill out forms, organize files, and follow up on tasks. These activities have clear goals and repeatable steps, but are spread across different apps—taking time and interrupting focus.

Violoop handles the repetitive work across your apps, so you can focus on decisions, conversations, and creativity.

Connect Violoop to power using the included DC power cable. Next, connect Violoop to your computer using the appropriate cable for your setup. If your computer has a full-featured USB-C port that supports video output, use a direct USB-C connection. Otherwise, use the HDMI connection method to provide screen input, together with a USB connection for mouse and keyboard control.

Visit release.violoop.ai to download and install the Violoop desktop app. Open the app, create an account or sign in, and configure your AI model preferences and grant the permissions requested during setup. Check that Violoop can read your computer’s screen and that mouse and keyboard control is working. For remote access, install the Violoop mobile app and sign in with the same account.

Open the conversation interface and tell Violoop what you want to accomplish in everyday language. Start with a clear, simple task, such as organizing files or transferring information into a spreadsheet. When a sensitive or irreversible action requires authorization, review the confirmation card and press the physical confirmation button to approve it.

Stay Connected. Step away from your desk and stay connected through the Violoop mobile app. Check task progress, view your computer’s screen, and give new instructions from your phone. Violoop is built for people whose work spans multiple apps, involves repetitive computer tasks, and depends on context that ordinary AI assistants often forget.

We've been testing a practical question: can a small, fast decision model make computer-use workflows more responsive? Our approach pairs Violoop's computer-use harness with Jev. The harness narrows what's on screen to a short list of valid actions, and Jev picks the next one. We tried it in four live team runs across QuickBooks, Tetris, comment triage, and form entry.

In the QuickBooks run, Jev finished in 127.3 seconds versus 978.9 seconds for Claude Opus 5.5 using the same harness, about 7.7x faster. Estimated model usage cost was roughly 500x lower.

Violoop combines an RK3576 octa-core processor with a dedicated AI accelerator, delivering up to 26 TOPS of on-device AI compute. It runs a Qwen 8B Q4 model locally at up to 53 tokens per second and has been trained to work across more than 200 applications. Its visual system is tested against more than 10,000 real software screens, while HDMI 2.0 provides up to 4K at 30 Hz screen capture. Local processing can reduce unnecessary cloud-model calls by approximately 90%, while long-term personal memory remains stored on the device.

We Build Intelligence That Belongs to You.

We believe the future of AI should not converge into one or two supermodels that know everything about everyone. Instead, every person should have a personal AI agent—one that serves them over the long term, understands how they work, and grows through every interaction.

This is our vision of Hive Intelligence: not a centralized hive mind where everyone’s personal data flows into a single system, but a distributed network of individually owned intelligent nodes. Each personal agent can draw on powerful cloud-based models when needed and collaborate with other trusted nodes, while keeping its memory, identity, and long-term value centered on the person it serves.

Cloud intelligence may ultimately be concentrated among a small number of foundation-model companies. But personal intelligence—the context built from your projects, preferences, decisions, and habits—should belong to you.

Violoop is our first step toward that future. Its success will not be measured only by launch-day sales or the number of tasks it can complete out of the box. The real test is whether the Violoop you use on Day 30 is meaningfully different from the one you received on Day 1. After completing hundreds or thousands of tasks, it should leave behind more than usage bills and chat histories. It should build an intelligence that continues to grow, can be corrected and guided, remains under your control, and consistently works in your interests.

Public intelligence may become increasingly centralized. Personal intelligence does not have to. We are building Violoop to prove that AI can become more useful over time without becoming less personal—and that the value created through that relationship can remain where it belongs: with you.
