Unlike traditional Damascus steel, which is forged by folding layers of steel, this titanium Damascus is crafted through an innovative process:

For titanium Damascus, various TC4 titanium pieces are first anodized to create different colors, then folded into multiple layers. The colors shown in the images are natural and will never fade.

This is the layered folding pattern of titanium Damascus observed under a 250× microscope. It proves that this is not a painted coating but genuine Damascus craftsmanship applied to anodized TC4 titanium.
